CAREER COUNSELLING SESSIONS

Audience:

All interested company employees.

Format:

Career counselling sessions are held one-on-one with interested employees on company premises or online.

Focus of the meetings:

The goals of the sessions my vary depending on personal priorities. They cover, but are not limited to, the following purposes:

  • Equip employees with skills to manage their work life;
  • Enhance self-awareness & personal growth;
  • Boost employee morale & engagement;
  • Address the issues of “quiet quitting”;
  • Provide employees with a safe space for dealing with their work-related issues;
  • Assist employees with establishing plans for the present as well as future paths for career development;
  • Help employees with managing the stress of their professional lives.

Duration:

There is not limit to the career counselling. Some employees might need only one or two sessions while other can benefit from a long-term consultation process.

Location:

The meetingscan be held on company’s premises or online.

Investment:

70 lv. per one-hour session with an employee (excl. VAT). 5% discount when 10 to 20 hours are requested and prepaid. 10% discount for more than 21 hours requested and prepaid.
