Audience:

This training is suitable for newly promoted managers and others who participate in the interviewing process.

Format & Date

Group format of up to 8 people.

Dates: 2 consecutive days: 16 and 17th of March.

The training is a two-day activity – from 10:00 to 17:00 both days.

Program:

The training combines theory and a lot of practical exercises to train participants how to conduct job interviews which result in higher success rates in terms of suitability of candidates. The training includes the following topics:

  • Types of interview questions – benefits & limitations;
  • How to build rapport with candidates and see beyond the “interview mask”;
  • Cognitive biases in the recruitment process and how to overcome them;
  • How to spot if a candidate is telling the truth;
  • Red flags and risk marks in candidates;
  • Most common interview mistakes;
  • Candidates’ defense mechanisms;
  • Necessary skills to conduct a quality interview;
  • Evaluation criteria in the recruitment process.

Investment:

200 lv. per participant (excl. VAT). If 6 or more than 6 employees are enrolled, a discount of 5% is added to the sum.
